Doing Nothing

Inu sit straight up, staring at the world. His claws flexed into the stone and faint flares of fire shoot through his nostrils every time he breathed. The spikes on his back gleamed and his scales glistened, hardened by all his history of fighting. He wanted to do something.

Treori left the sleeping chamber and walked towards Inu, his wing was still sore from the other day. "Hey Inu, are you up for some hunting? I could use some flying, I'll need it if I want to recover."

Inu didn't turn his head. Instead he stood and spread his torn and ragged wings to their full length. "Let's go." he simply said before launching off into the air, gliding his way down to the meadow, he turned his head just to make sure Treori was following.

Treori launched himself off of the rock, beaming down toward the meadow, and immediately spotting a unicorn. He swooped down, and grabbed the thing in one claw, slashing it with the other. He dropped the unicorn, he would come back for it later, and he continued scanning over the area.

Inu shook his head. Such pity other dragons didn't know how better deer was. He looked over in the field, there stood a herd of deer. Maybe 20 of them. He looked for the stag, leader of the deer. He would be the biggest and perhaps the healthiest for him. He spotted the large, heavy-built creature with perhaps 14 points upon his antlers and swooped down. He took it easily with his two front claws and hovered upward. He went down to a tall tree and he shoved the deer between the two highest branches. He went back up, joining Treori.

"Let's both go for a hit on a larger creature, none of these will feed us for long." He scanned the area for anything larger, and spotted a large grey-white creature (More grey) and swooped lower to see what it was. The creature looked like this.



Treori looked back at Inu, seeing he was ready, then swooped down towards it, coming from behind, and aiming for the neck.

ooc: Down with Godzilla!

Inu didn't need to see Treori looking back. He dove into the air, swurving into the bellly of the beast. He began tearing at it, claws and fangs. Once or twice he blasted flames into it's face full force. He wrapped his jaws into the neck sqeezing down as hard as he could.

Treori hit the beasts neck, then clawed its eyes out. The beast snapped at him, raking his side, but then he breathed his frost breath onto the beasts head, stopping it's breathing. Treori took a last scrape in the throat of this monster, and it was done. The creature fell onto its side, shaking the earth when it hit. Treori landed, and brushed his side on the ground, the wound was deep, but it was a smaller one. "Let's take this... thing... back to the cave, it will serve as good food for the others."

Inu landed gracefully onto the ground, uninjured. He shook his neck to clear some of the thing's blood out of his mane. "Alright. I'll take it by the tail." he agreed, grasping his jaws into the tail and spread his wings wide.

"Okay. 1. 2. 3!" Treori lifted off of the ground

Inu jumped hard off the ground and started flapping his wings, feeling the cool wind through his mane and over his scales. He started going forward, seeing the cave in the distance.
