In the Cave

Flame led Jindo into the cave. "You are free to choose any spot." She said

Jindo nodded her head as she chose a small nest close to the entrance. If any intruders dared to come near, she would be ready to take them on.

Flame walked up to the entrance and began watching again.

Jindo walked out of the entrance once more. "If we will be making a group, or which ever you wish to call it, we ought to start hunting." She stretched her wings, about to launch herself off the ledge, "You may come with me if you wish." she thrust her claws off as her wings instantly kept her from falling. She hovered for Flame's answer.

Flame nodded, and followed, scanning for any good scource of prey.

Jindo gave herself a slight smile before setting off toward the meadow. She tucked in her wings to get there faster.

Flame dived into the forest, scanning for any prey. She found a mouse running around, and caught it. She then flew back to the cave, and put it near the entrance, but a little deep in the cave. Flame heard a loud noise near the volcano, and landed on the edge. She then waited to see what was there.

Jindo saw Flame scoop up a mouse. It was small compared to pheonixes, barely a mouth full. She saw a badger and captured it in her talons, bringing it back to the cave, putting it beside the mouse.'

neither do I.

....phoenixes aren't real, so nobody knows how big they are.
That's just how big I think they'd be.
And that is pretty much half as big as the griffins from Na'nia.
